Client Privacy & Document Management

At YBNA, client privacy is a non-negotiable professional commitment. We do not disclose client names, the nature of their work, or anything related to it, and we never use such information for promotion or marketing, under any circumstances.

01

Disclosure

Information is disclosed only where a formal regulatory or legal framework requires it, and only to the minimum needed to complete the administrative, governmental, or accounting procedures of the company's own operations. We do not market our clients' trust in us.

02

Document Retention

Project documents, correspondence, and analytical outputs are not kept after an engagement ends, unless the client asks in writing that they be kept.

Without such a request, everything connected to the project, digital files, correspondence, and any other working record, is destroyed or permanently deleted on completion, in line with professional practice designed to prevent reuse or access.

When a project ends, so does its informational footprint, unless the client asks otherwise.
