Services
YBNA offers three services and nothing else. Each one meets a decision at a particular point in its life. We do not provide general consulting, executive solutions, or operational work, and every engagement covers a single, clearly defined decision.

When Requested
A specific decision is on the table and has not yet been confirmed. It carries serious financial, strategic, or organisational weight. It will be hard or expensive to reverse once committed. And there is agreement around it that does not quite match the unease some people feel.
What We Do
The Deliverable
A written independent professional opinion: a clear classification of where the decision stands, an assessment of its logic and assumptions, and the risks and points of no return that were not on the table.
The executive decision, its adoption, and its consequences remain entirely with the client.
When Requested
The decision has been taken and implementation has begun, but it is not yet too late or too costly to turn back. This is usually the moment when the first unexpected deviations appear, when accumulated commitments start pulling toward continuation on their own, and when the decision begins to be justified rather than examined.
What We Do
The Deliverable
A written independent professional opinion: a clear classification of where the decision stands, a judgment on whether continuing is still justified, and a clear line between what is a passing deviation and what is a structural error.
The executive decision, its adoption, and its consequences remain entirely with the client.
When Requested
Senior opinions conflict and the disagreement is not resolving. The matter is pressing or sensitive. Considerations nobody states out loud, or pressure from within the institution, surround the decision. This service is most often requested by boards of directors and top executive leadership. The engagement begins by identifying the specific decision on which leadership is divided. We examine that decision, not the disagreement itself.
What We Do
The Deliverable
A written independent professional opinion that gives leadership an external, neutral assessment, standing apart from internal politics, pressure, and institutional inertia.
The executive decision, its adoption, and its consequences remain entirely with the client.
